Customer Service Representative (Remote – North West UK)
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce operation.
Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will work remotely handling customer enquiries via live chat and email. You will be part of a collaborative team with regular online check-ins and occasional in-person training sessions at our HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and email
- Supporting orders, deliveries, returns, and product queries
- Providing clear, professional, and friendly customer support
- Updating customer and order information accurately
- Escalating issues when required and following through to resolution
- Participating in daily or weekly online team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using online systems and digital tools
- Reliable and professional approach
- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred
