By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
You must not use this website for unlawful purposes or misuse its content.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:
• Colours and finishes may vary depending on screens
• Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to manufacturing processes
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Prices, VAT & International Orders
UK Orders
All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.
Non‑UK Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK:
• Prices are shown excluding UK VAT
• You may be required to pay local VAT, import duties or handling fees
• These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by GymPin
• We do not refund VAT, duties or customs charges
Where applicable, we may ship orders under IOSS or Delivered At Place (DAP). Responsibility for local taxes remains with the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
• Pricing or product information is incorrect
• Fraud or misuse is suspected
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Payment information is handled securely by Shopify and approved payment processors. We do not store card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs processing
• Courier disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control
Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.
7. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must notify us clearly by email at hello@gym-pin.co.uk.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
8. Returns – Change of Mind
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition and packaging
You are responsible for:
• Return postage costs
• Ensuring the item is packaged safely

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
In these cases:
• We will arrange or reimburse return postage
• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund
