Returns – Your Rights

UK & EU Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by using our returns system here: https://gym-pin.co.uk/apps/gympin-returns within the 14‑day period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Non‑Faulty Items)

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending items back.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Postage

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change‑of‑mind returns
• We do not offer free returns

Deductions for Loss of Value

If returned goods show handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to make a deduction reflecting any loss in value, as permitted under UK consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if:
• The item is faulty
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong product

In these cases:
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us
• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Custom or personalised products
• Items made to special order
• Gift cards

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Return the unwanted item following the process above
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

Returned Shipments (RTS – Return to Sender)

If a shipment is returned to us due to:
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery
• Incorrect address supplied by the customer
• Non‑payment of import duties, VAT or taxes

The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred.

Once the returned shipment is received and inspected, we will refund the value of the goods minus:
• Outbound shipping costs
• Return shipping charges applied by the courier
• Any customs duties or import charges incurred

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

If you wish the order to be resent, a new delivery charge will apply.

International Orders, VAT & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK:
• Prices are shown excluding UK VAT
• Import VAT, duties and customs handling fees may apply
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not refund customs charges or duties

Orders may be shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process funds.
