We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused dispatch clerk to support our growing order fulfilment operation. You’ll be responsible for preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring every GymPin product leaves the workshop exactly as it should.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, methodical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and labelling orders
• Preparing shipments for UK and international delivery
• Checking orders for accuracy and presentation
• Booking parcels with couriers and updating tracking
• Maintaining a clean, organised dispatch area
• Supporting stock checks and basic inventory control
