About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our growing production team in Furness Vale. You’ll be working on the manufacture of high-quality steel gym equipment and bespoke components, playing a key role in taking products from raw steel to finished, customer-ready builds.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and well-finished work.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding of mild steel components
• Fabrication from drawings and measurements
• Cutting, grinding, drilling and finishing parts
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Assembling components to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Supporting continuous improvement of build quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
• Confident MIG welding skills
• Ability to read fabrication drawings accurately
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Experience with workshop tools and machinery

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in fitness equipment or structural fabrication
• TIG welding experience
• Forklift or workshop handling experience
