Amazing product, long, no better seatbelt anywhere
Taken a beating already and held up.
I was really looking forward to getting the Gympin seatbelt, but unfortunately, my experience so far has been very disappointing. I placed my order on August 16th, and as of November 7th, I still haven’t received it.
After waiting more than two months without any update on the order’s whereabouts, I followed up to confirm it was still on its way. On October 28th, I checked with the post office again after multiple times and was told that the package had been there the whole time - but it was now being returned to the sender.
Gympin informed me that I would receive a refund and could place a new order. However, I only received a $30 refund for the seatbelt itself, and not the additional $50 I paid for shipping to Australia. I’ve reached out again to request a refund for the shipping cost and am hoping that will be resolved.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and communication I’ve received. It’s now been nearly three months since I placed my order, and I still don’t have either the product or a full refund.
Cooper, thanks for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry for the delay and frustration you’ve had with this order. We’ve now issued a full refund including the shipping cost, as you shouldn’t be out of pocket when a delivery doesn’t reach you.
